Agile Transformation is a phrase that is overused and misused today. A transformation is less like learning a new tool or process than it is re-thinking some of your deepest held beliefs. An authentic transformation journey can lead to breakthrough business results. Our leadership-first, Integral Agile approach begins working to upgrade the consciousness of senior leaders, from problem-reacting to outcome-creating. The effectiveness of conscious change leaders then becomes a competitive advantage, by maintaining accountability for all of the factors impacting the ability to transform.
It is imperative that leaders evolve at (or beyond) the pace of change and escalating complexity. This is a matter of both competence and consciousness. Authentic transformation requires that leaders start with themselves. “How am I the limitation?” they might question. Using the cutting edge industry approach to developing leaders, we help executives answer this question, then put their own transformation to work in obtaining organizational results. With a combined 30 years of executive coaching experience, and just as many in Agile transformations, we’ll help you on your Integral leadership journey.
Transformation Readiness Assessment
Our Transformation Readiness Assessment uses the Integral Agile model to look at the whole system in order to assess your organization’s ability and readiness for change.
The Agile Transformational Leader
The Agile Transformational Leader is a three-day workshop for Agile Leaders and Coaches that work at the enterprise level in Agile transformations, transitions or improvements. The workshop, designed by Michele Madore, is built on Michael Spayd’s Integral Agile™ framework, Ken Wilbur’s Integral models including Integral for Leadership, and Integral Organizational Change Model thinking from Dean and Linda Anderson, all of which are whole-system frameworks. The course provides a set of thinking tools and a roadmap for guiding Agile Transformational Leaders and Coaches with a broad and holistic approach in their organizational environments. The course takes participants through the 4 expanded doorways of leading an Agile Transformation: Culture, Leadership, Systems and Practices/Processes in a powerful and impactful experiential style. Participants will gain an understanding of their own leadership effectiveness, the impact they have on those they are leading, and gain insight into their own personal breakthrough goals. Participants will also improve their ability to design and implement successful organizational transformation that delivers breakthrough business, cultural and human results as a Change Leader.
